2-Hour Cut-Off Rule: All equipment specifications, serial numbers, photos, condition reports, and reserve prices must be fully submitted at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to auction launch (strictly by Sunday 23:59).
Late Submissions: Items submitted after the cut-off will automatically roll over into the following fortnightly auction.
Accuracy of Listing: Consignors warrant that all technical descriptions, functional declarations, serial numbers, and condition details provided are complete and accurate.
Pre-Auction Direct Connect: Listed equipment may be featured in weekly pre-auction outreach. If a direct buyer offer meets or exceeds the agreed reserve, the lot may be sold prior to open bidding.
Catalogue Commitment: Once catalogued and published, lots are locked and cannot be withdrawn without written agreement from auction management.
